As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Order Changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the return process once you have received the item.

If you have successfully placed an order and still not received it while the status shows it has been delivered, you can contact Royal Mail to locate your item. Once the item has been packed and sent by us to Royal Mail ,we have no control over its delivery.
